Terms of Service — IMC Genomics

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IMC Genomics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

IMC Genomics provides clinical genetic testing services, including but not limited to prenatal screening, carrier screening, preimplantation genetic testing, oncology panels, and wellness genomics. All tests are performed in our ISO 15189 accredited laboratory using next-generation sequencing technology.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our genetic testing results are intended to be used in conjunction with professional medical advice. Results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider or genetic counselor. IMC Genomics does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations outside of genetic counseling services.

4. Sample Collection and Processing

Samples must be collected according to our published collection guidelines. IMC Genomics reserves the right to reject samples that do not meet quality standards. In such cases, a recollection may be requested at no additional charge.

5. Turnaround Times

Published turnaround times are estimates and begin from the date of sample receipt at our laboratory. While we strive to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to sample quality issues, technical requirements, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the IMC Genomics website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of IMC Genomics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMC Genomics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
